Who sells Maeum products, how purchases work and your rights as a customer.
1. Your seller
Maeum products are sold by UNIQUE WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 15678913. Registered office: 84 Wood Lane, London, Greater London, England, W12 0BZ.
UK VAT registration number: GB473225301.
Email hello@maeum.co.uk for questions or complaints. Our registered office is our correspondence address. For product returns, follow our Returns Policy and contact us for return instructions.
2. Placing an order
Choose your products and quantities, review your basket, then continue to Shopify checkout. You can correct items and delivery details before selecting the payment button. Checkout and these terms are provided in English.
Review the description, availability, currency, delivery charge, discounts and total before paying. If anything differs from what you expected, contact us before ordering. Marketing signup is not required to buy.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Keep that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for products we cannot supply.
3. Payment and delivery
The payable total and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Delivery is charged separately unless an eligible offer applies. Maeum’s website does not store your full card number or card security code.
Read our Shipping Policy and Right to Cancel & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
4. Accounts and email subscriptions
Customer sign-in uses Shopify’s email-code service. Keep sign-in codes private. Account access lets you view the information Shopify makes available for your purchases.
The popup and footer forms are email subscriptions. They save a customer contact record in Shopify, but do not sign you into an account or place an order. Marketing consent is separate from account access and purchasing. See our Privacy Policy.
5. First-50 delivery offer
MAEUMFREE gives free UK delivery to the first 50 eligible customers who redeem the code on their first order. Joining the email list does not reserve a redemption or use up the offer. The limit is based on purchases using the code, not the number of subscribers.
You must be an email subscriber with no previous orders when redeeming the code. Enter MAEUMFREE at checkout using your subscribed email address. The offer is limited to one use per customer and ends when 50 eligible customer redemptions have been used. Availability and eligibility are confirmed at checkout; check the delivery discount has applied before paying.
The offer covers delivery to a UK address supported by checkout, not the product price, and cannot be exchanged for cash. You can subscribe without buying and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. The welcome letter continues for new subscribers after the delivery offer has ended.
6. Website content and brand
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may browse and save or print these terms for your own records. Other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Maeum is UK registered trade mark UK00004152023, registered to K Beauty Retail FZE. The seller above is responsible for your purchases.
7. Complaints and applicable law
Email hello@maeum.co.uk with your order reference and the issue. Do not send full card details.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts. Nothing here limits a right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Changes and copies
Updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. You can print or save this page using your browser.
